Democrat Rachel Levy Announces Candidacy for House of Delegates in the 55th
Ashland, VA - The Rachel Levy for Delegate campaign would like to announce that they are joining the Jennifer Adeli for Delegate campaign and several other Virginia House of Delegates’ campaigns, in filing a lawsuit seeking an Order that the Department of Elections allow the collection of Delegate ballot petition signatures via mail and online.
The Rachel Levy for Delegate campaign is happy to announce that her campaign and six other Virginia House of Delegates’ campaigns, led by the Jennifer Adeli for Delegate campaign, have been successful in our legal pursuit of a contactless method for gathering the 125 signatures of qualified voters in the district needed to be listed on the ballot. After just ten days, a Consent Decree agreement was approved yesterday, February 11th, by the Circuit Court for the City of Richmond.
